Welcome to Hidden Dunes Cottage 140, a bright and inviting two-bedroom, two-bath retreat designed for easygoing beach vacations with family and friends. One of the cottage's standout features is its private glassed-in porch overlooking the tennis courts—a comfortable year-round spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or relaxing together after a day in the sun.
Inside, the open living and dining area offers plenty of comfortable seating and an easy flow for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that keeps everyone connected whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or dinner at home.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed and an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers both a full and twin bed, while the living room provides additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for family stays.
With its comfortable ground-floor layout, unique enclosed porch, updated coastal interior, and access to all that Hidden Dunes has to offer, Cottage 140 makes a welcoming home base for enjoying Miramar Beach.
Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Our vacation was wonderful! We enjoyed the cottage and appreciated the short walk to the beach! We also visited the playground and basketball court during our stay. For those that are interested, this property also has tennis courts and lessons, multiple pools, and a lake.
We were given an information packet with lots of helpful information about the beach, property rules and a map of the property. The property map was so very helpful. I also loved the fact that the tv was on and soft music welcomed us to our temporary home. We arrived after dark and it was nice to be able to see the space before we stepped in. The cottage looked exactly like it looks in the pictures, there were no surprises. It was cozy but everyone had space to themselves if needed. The furniture and beds were comfortable.
We received a text on Day 2 to make sure everything was going well. Awesome service, so if I had any issues (which I didn't), I would have had the opportunity to have them resolved.
I called the day of our departure to inform the staff of a housekeeping issue and the staff member who answered the call was very warm and helpful.
THANK YOU to the team for making our vacation memorable and enjoyable. We strongly recommend this property. We had everything we needed and more!

This resort was awesome! The kids had a blast- Beds were extra comfy!! Everyone enjoyed their stay! We definitely will be back again to experience another family fun vacay! Thank you for making it feel so homey!!
