8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
This is a cute little cottage in a nice subdivision, with access to a private though small beach. Maushop Village was a little “country clubby” for our taste, but the amenities were nice. The cottage itself is cosy but comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very small (really only one person at a time) and missing a lot of key equipment, which was disappointing. And there’s no air conditioning, although many fans. It would be tight for 4 people - fine for 2.

Always enjoy my time in Cape Cod and in this neighborhood communication was wonderful. Property was great.

We had 3 adults in this cute cottage. It was big enough for us. The bedroom layout was nice separating the 2 rooms. We loved being able to walk to see the ocean. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Nice heads up on the parking spot for 38.

Responsive host. Patios should have been leaf blown. Great location. Plenty of fans.
