Welcome to Summer House 1403B! Located directly on the beach in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama, this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is equipped to sleep 8 and is perfect for your next beach getaway! Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet while taking in the blue green waters of the Gulf on your oversized balcony! This tastefully decorated condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Don't feel like cooking? This Three (3) bedroom, Two (2) bath beach condo comfortably sleeps 8 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features an elegant beach decor and HDTV with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, HDTV and private full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and HDTV. Guest Bedroom 2 has two (2) full beds. There is a second full bathroom accessed from the hallway.
Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels. Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom.

Amenities include free indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness area, sauna, grill area, Wi-Fi, cable, Pack-n-Play and highchair and a fully equipped kitchen.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo was as advertised. Check in was easy. Condo was clean and supplied with everything that we needed. The balcony was perfect for mealtime and just kicking back to enjoy the view. The pool, spa, Sauna and fitness room were all well maintained. We enjoyed them throughout our stay. I can't say enough about the attentive and professionalism of the Beachball staff. You were all amazing! Our only issue was that the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable. If it were upgraded to firm we would for sure rebook for next year! We love Summerhouse.

Very Nice, Clean, the door handle broke on the bathroom door but someone was there in 5 minutes to fix it. Elevator was slow but there was construction going on but it didn't bother us. Had a great time.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The place was great my family loved it. Also my grandkids loved the location. I'll get back with you for our next trip in the future.

We enjoyed our stay overall. We were a little worried when we pulled up because the construction. Once we got to our room we were pleased. Beach side of condo looked great! Only complaint was dryer took a very long time to dry towels.
