Ulverston also hosts many festivals such as the retro rendezvous, dickensian festival, another fine fest and lantern festival

Great apartment for a base to explore the Lakes! Clean and very well equipped. Check in instructions were clear and great comms from the host throughout the stay. The fact that the parking permit works all the way up to Kendall is a bonus too!
