Quiet and convenient, the apartment contains everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and all linen, bathroom and quality household essentials are provided.

This apartment is owned and used by the host, and is cleaned to a very high standard.

Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment (excluding cleaners cupboard).

Bedroom 1 comprises a queen sized bed and robe.

Bedroom 2 contains a double bed. Guests are to note that the room is a study conversion so it not a full sized bedroom. Still perfect for kids and/or adults who don't plan on spending their holiday indoors.

The entire apartment including balcony is 50sqm.

The house is baby and child friendly, with a portacot, change mat and booster seat (small highchair) provided.

Guests are provided access to a designated secure car park. The clearance height for the garage is 2.05m.

Other things to note:
Please note, a port-a-cot is provided, however guests must bring their own age appropriate baby blankets / sleeping bags.

Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Do not smoke inside or additional fees will apply.

** The building behind us is undergoing construction works (commenced 2021), there may be some noise during working hours.
