À propos de cette location de vacances
Imagine waking up to the sound of waves gently rolling onto the shore and ending each day with breathtaking Caribbean sunsets. Nestled directly along the waterfront, Sunset Beach is one of the few villas on the island with a truly beachfront setting. Perched beside a scenic rocky beach and overlooking a secluded cove, it's the perfect spot for snorkeling, beachcombing, and exploring the shoreline's natural beauty.
Spend your days relaxing beside the large lap saltwater pool, soaking in the warm spa, or unwinding on the sandy area between the villa and the water. The spacious kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, while the breezy balcony provides the perfect place to dine, gather with family and friends, or simply enjoy the view.
When the day comes to an end, retreat to one of four comfortable bedroom suites, where you'll drift off to sleep to the soothing sound of waves gently breaking against the shore just outside your door.

Reviewer Comments:
Four adults, three kids. House was perfect. Pool was shaded in the afternoon so the kids could swim without concerns of getting burned. Kitchen very well equipped. No AC in main area not an issue, we were there in mid June as doors and windows on all four sides. Great covered porch on upper level perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing anytime. They provide beach towels, huge packing help. And washing machine and dryer allowed us to wash bathing suits mid trip. Not far from grocery store. Would return every year if the kids would come

Loved the views, pool and hot tub. The patio area in the morning and evening was great. The property management hooked us up with a driver for the week and David was amazing! Great trip! Thank you!

We travel to St John on a yearly basis. We picked this house because of the waterfront access, the hot tub and the pool. There was some confusion at our arrival, however, we are familiar enough with the island that we were able to find the house ourselves. We were welcomed with a lovely basket of snacks, beverages and some necessities. The house was clean, the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. After a long day of traveling and a recent back injury I headed to the hot tub. It wasn’t working properly and wasn’t heating. I called first thing in the am. Was told someone would come out. When we returned to the house that evening the pool had turned green, hot tub still not fixed. The following am was Sunday, nobody answered or returned any of my calls. On the third day workers came and spent the entire day fixing everything. This was an expensive property to rent. I was very disappointed. It is an older home in need of maintenance. There were numerous other small things that needed attention as well. Out of a five day stay I spent the first three days dealing with these problems.
