We're located a 15 minute walk to Olympic Arena, Public Olympic Skating Oval and Inline skating Hockey box. Enjoy 5-15 minute walk to Mirror Lake Beach, Play Park, and Tennis Courts! Stroll into village for shopping, restaurants, bars and movie theater. A leisurely walk around Mirror Lake is a favorite of locals and tourists. This walking or jogging route goes right by your Signal Hill neighborhood. The Apartment is a blocks away from bowling alley, arcade, bike, canoe, kayak, guide services, and ski rental shops.
The Lake Placid Art Center is also within walking distance. Attend a concert, and plays. Check out the ever changing art gallery!
Free Summer concerts on Sunday and Tuesday evenings at the Lake Placid Mid's Park on Main St.
A 15 minute drive will take you to the Olympic Venues of Whiteface Mt, Ski Jumps, Luge, Bobsled, Biathlon Center, and hiking start points. Whiteface Mountain has Summer & Fall Gondola Rides and Mt. We had a great stay at this property, The bed and linens are very comfortable and there’s a good reading chair and desk, it is also walking distance to town and a short drive to the supermarket. And the host is very nice too,
