Located in the well-known "Marina Wendtorf" recreational and yacht marina, the Scandinavian-style semi-detached home "Ferienhaus Kleine Auszeit"—situated in the front row—offers a unique opportunity to spend a Baltic Sea vacation on the Kiel Fjord. Accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children, the 68m² vacation home spans two floors and features two bedrooms, a balcony, a furnished terrace with a large garden, and the highlight: a dry sauna.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One of them has two single beds pushed together (180x200 cm combined), and the other has two single beds (90x200 cm each). One of the bedrooms has a TV, and both have blackout curtains. Also located on the first floor: the bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating, a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and dry sauna.
On the first floor, you’ll find an open, light-filled living and dining area with a sleeper sofa for 2 children and an adjacent, fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living area offers plenty of seating, a 50-inch smart TV, a bioethanol fireplace, and access to the balcony. The air conditioning ensures a comfortable indoor climate at all times.
The outdoor area features seating, a parasol, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill.
The house also includes a free parking space and a lockable bike shed. Your four-legged friend is also welcome. Whether it’s balmy summer evenings, stormy fall afternoons, or cool winter days: this semi-detached house impresses with its amenities and natural surroundings in every season.
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi with a download speed of 300 Mbit/s is available throughout the house.
The Erlebnispromenade, located right by the harbor, invites you to linger with its wide variety of attractions.
The restaurant “Ahoi – Steffen Henssler” will take care of your culinary needs, while the adjacent ice cream parlor offers delicious treats.
You’ll also find various small shops along the promenade, as well as numerous playgrounds for our younger guests.
A handy addition to your stay is the self-service mini-laundromat, where you can wash and dry your laundry on your own daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
