Yes, that's right, no need to stop at the grocery store. You will have fresh organic produce in the comforts of your back yard. Get away from the every day and escape to beach luxury right here!

The beach cottage has all the comforts of home mixed with the luxuries of a hotel. The bathroom comes stocked with a pair of robes and slippers, hotel-sized toiletries to get you by your first day, a hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper. Bath and beach towels are provided for your stay. Each bedroom comes with a plush pillow-top mattress, crisp white linens, and plenty of comfortable pillows and blankets. We also have a queen size air mattress to accommodate two plus extra hotel quality bedding provided. Need to do laundry? We got you covered with a full size washer/dryer along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets to get you started. NOTE: The sleeping space 3 is a queen-size air mattress, not a sofa bed.

Gourmet cooking made possible in our fully stocked gourmet kitchen! We have everything you can possibly think of for cooking up a storm.

Entertainment made possible in our open concept living room! The beach cottage has been designed for your ultimate entertainment experience with an open concept living room/kitchen. The living room boasts a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV with access to online programs such as Netflix, Amazon, etc., and a Blue-Ray DVD player..

Sit back and enjoy the ocean view off your private deck. Furnished with a comfortable and stylish patio sofa/dining set and a BBQ you can enjoy your meals outside in the beautiful Southern California sunshine. The backyard features an organic vegetable garden that you are welcome to use.

Want to go to the beach? We've thought of it all. There is an assortment of beach equipment available for your use; everything from beach toys, beach chairs/umbrella, and a cooler.

Location, Location, Location! Get your steps in for a gorgeous cliff side walk down to the beach, only 0.5 miles from the house (appx. a 10-minute walk down hill). Capistrano Beach borders Dana Point's beach, and the famous surf town of San Clemente. There are several great beaches within minutes of the house.

**Before reading further, please note we have a VERY strict no pet policy. Please do not inquire if you are bringing an animal. No exceptions will be made. We appreciate your understanding.**
**Please refer to our rental contract for our cancellation policy.**
**Guest is required to sign our rental contract prior to receiving access to the house.**

IMPORTANT: Minors and teenagers may not be left unattended in the home at any time. A registered adult guest must be present whenever minors and teenagers are at the property.

PLEASE NOTE:

Air conditioning is not for everyday use in moderate weather. Guests are asked to open windows and allow for the ocean breeze to cool the house.

The organic vegetable garden is shared with the owners next door. While your backyard is private, owners will need access from time to time to tend to the garden.

There is parking for one vehicle only on the left side of the driveway only. The garage is off limits. Owner parks their vehicle in the garage and will need access daily.

Please note the beach cottage is part of a duplex. You are sharing a wall with the other side. The beach cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is not a party house.

The entire property is non-smoking.
