Villa Abbondanza is a splendid and luminous three-story villa set into the cliff, sheer above the sea and with direct access to the sea. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Abbondanza you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Villa Abbondanza is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the sea, wide private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Praiano, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (Marina di Praia Beach) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
You will reach Villa Abbondanza from the parking area going down a short private walkway that cuts through a garden and includes approximately 25 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Abbondanza. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to eight cars.
Villa Abbondanza is tended by two caretakers, who reside in an annex on the premises.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; towels, changed twice a week; linens, changed twice a week; chef/cook; maid service from Monday to Saturday 4 hours each day. To be paid at the property:electricity according to consumption EUR 0.38/kWh.Available for a fee, if desired:heating (when needed). Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 1000 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rocks. You will reach it from the third terrace going down a stairway which consists of approximately 60 steps. The area is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers.
Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the third terrace going down a stairway which consists of approximately 60 steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a view of the sea and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
Main Building, Middle LevelTerrace 3
The third terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with sun loungers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Living Room 1
The first living room is paved with tiles with handmade decoration, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas and armchairs. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the third terrace with a view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi through five French doors.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from a corridor. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window overlooking the terrace.

Villa Abbondanza and the delightful staff exceeded our expectations. The views are breathtaking, from every room. The bedrooms are generous. The bathrooms very nice. The parking comfortable for three large cars. The staff made our week on the Amalfi Coast truly memorable.
Chef Luca is an artist, hardworking, thoughtful, and generous. The most memorable aspect of our entire trip were the numerous dinners around the large dining room tables enjoying Luca's delicious food and the company of family and friends. We enjoyed Luca’s food more than the finicky Michelin starred tasting menus. Katie took great care of us. She kept the villa immaculate, made our beds, cleaned our rooms, served food for our meals, and cleaned up afterwards. The third fellow (whose name escapes me) carried our suitcases to and from our cars, assisted Luca and Katie, and was very helpful.
I can’t thank the team at Summer in Italy enough. They were very responsive to my numerous questions about the villa, transportation, day trips, and the Amalfi Coast in general. I’ve employed a number of property brokers over the years; Summer in Italy is the best!

I have done a fair amount of traveling and been to a lot of fine hotels, but this is the most stunning place I've ever seen! The views and villa are absolutely breathtaking- I will be going back!
Everyone and everything was wonderful, stayed in touch with me, helped with bookings, and was very helpful up until the day we arrived.
