Welcome to your perfect Puerto Vallarta getaway. This beautifully appointed 6th floor, two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the highly sought after Plaza Mar building offers comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location - just steps from the sane and in the heart of the Old Town area.
An elevator takes you right to your door. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan, ample storage, and sliding doors that open directly onto the terrace - letting the sounds of the surf to lull you to sleep if you choose. Its ensuite bathroom includes a large open shower for a spa like feel. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, AC, fan, closet space and it’s own bathroom, making this the ideal set up for two couples or a family.
Unit 605 is equipped with high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or streaming. The condo comes fully stocked with everything you’ll need—fresh linens and towels, bottled purified water, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes. There are TVs in both the living room and master bedroom for relaxing nights in. Enjoy meals at the dining table for four or head to the rooftop kitchen and BBQ area for sunset grilling.

The condo is in a perfect location with a wonderful city/ocean view. The unit is beautifully updated and has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. A great building with 24-hour security and steps from everything that Old Town PV has to offer.

Have been to PV every year for 25 yrs. Always wanted to stay in this condo building. It did not disappoint. The condo was gorgeous and very practical as well. Staff was outstanding. Rooftop pool better than photos indicate. Balcony was lovely, esp. early morning & early evening. Views were exceptional. Highly recommend.
