We had a wonderful stay at The Summit in Panama City Beach and would absolutely recommend it!
First and foremost, the condo was exactly as pictured — no surprises, which made us feel comfortable and at home right away. The space had a warm, homey feel that really set the tone for a relaxing trip.
Check-in was a breeze, and parking was reasonable at $27 per car for the entire stay with convenient spots that were easy to find. The amenities and grounds were well-maintained and a pleasure to enjoy throughout our visit.
Bikini Bob's on-site food was a great perk. The food was good and super convenient on the days we didn't feel like going out. Also convenient was having a free daily beach chair and umbrella rental included with the room which was such a nice touch. The beaches themselves are absolutely beautiful, which made that perk even better.
The customer service was great. I called during checkout just to confirm we didn't need to do anything special, and someone got back to me within literally one minute. That kind of responsiveness says a lot.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

Room was clean, condo nice. Elevators were only bad on check in days.

The condo was soo nice! It looked very newly updated - we loved it! It was supplied pretty well, but we left salt, pepper, and coffee filters for future guests. We would definitely stay here again! I was worried about the elevators being slow due to other reviews for the Summit, but they were totally fine. No issues at all!
