The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with an additional 4 seats at the adjacent bar off the kitchen. The oceanfront main bedroom features a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a tub, and a separate shower. Down the hall, the second bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the third full bathroom. This oceanfront getaway is the perfect place to put your feet up and enjoy the ocean breeze!!

Folly Beach, or as locals call it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with great restaurants, booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more history, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25-minute drive away, with endless fine dining, shopping, historic sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather).
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
The building has 2 elevators. While we manage this property, we do not manage the building's maintenance, including the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but you may use anything available at the property.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
A maximum of 8 people may stay at any time during your stay.
This property is near Downtown Folly Beach, close to restaurants and nightlife. Normally, quiet hours start at 10 pm, but are extended to 11 pm on weekends.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels, complies with 100% privacy standards, and does not listen or record. If the noise level exceeds the legal limit for FB, you will receive a friendly reminder text message to turn the noise down. This helps avoid violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revocation of the homeowner's business license.

If the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
