Pergona 3x4,5m in the well-lit pool area. 2 Smart TV with free streaming service Netflix and Amazon Prime child friendly house "Can Magi", 2 storeys. Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Pals, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. A nice property, in an unusual configuration, as all the outdoor facilities are to the front of the property, there is no rear access to the property. The owner lives in the building to the right as you look at it, the lighter brick building is the actual building that you are renting. The facilities were all good and the property was cool in the evening due to the aircon. A vehicle is a necessity, as there is little to offer locally. The owner was pleasant and helpful. The pool was a good size and was warm.

We stayed at this property for three days and had a lovely time. The home was amazing, host was very helpful and friendly.
Host welcomed us with a bottle of bubbles and local dessert.
Pool and garden was very neat and clean. I have no complaints with this property would 100% stay here again.

We were thrilled with the villa, pool, grounds and location.
The owners live on site which was no problem for us. All the basics were covered plus more.

I booked this for my family and was very happy with everything. The host is a lovely man and the property perfect for what we wanted.
Its quiet, but 5 minutes from a small seaside village and 15 mins from a beautiful town. I am already looking to return next year.
