Beautiful resort. 13 apartments in the residence. 3 km from the centre of Grosseto, 7 km from the centre of Principina a Mare, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 15. May. - 10. Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis (1 x hard court), floodlit (extra), table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. Sitzplatz bietet keine Privatsphäre, ansonsten waren wir mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Grosses Plus; Klimaanlage bei der Hitze !

Very good locations. A lot of possibilities drive around,even a Roma. responsive and kind staff. Very close to the supernarket and town,restorants. Not very good wi-fi conection.
