Overall, the property is good and is conveniently located near the rainforest attractions, several beaches, and Walmart. For anyone planning to explore the rainforest and nearby attractions, this is a great place to stay. The kids had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, which was one of the highlights of our stay. That said, the owner could improve a few areas, particularly the bathrooms and the kitchen. The bathrooms, in particular, could benefit from some upgrades and better maintenance. Other than that, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.

The house and pool were great! It is in a very quiet, secure gated community, near grocery stores and restaurants by car. Not walkable to Luquillo Beach area. The salt water pool was wonderful at the end of each day. Great outdoor area. There are plenty of beach towels provided, but only two working beach chairs, which was disappointing, as we had 7 in our group. Kitchen is well stocked if you're cooking at home. Trash bags and paper towels provided but we had to buy coffee filters, washing detergent, shampoo and other basics that are normally provided or left behind by other guests.Renters should know is there is no dishwasher. I didn't notice when reading the property description that a dish washer was not mentioned under "amenities." My fault for not noticing, but I think it should be stated in the description. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were good. It's clean and open. There is a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room and the master has a sectional sofa for extra sleeping. We had a stray kitty visit us throughout the week. We bought cat food and fed her outside. She was skittish and won't let you touch her, but she's hungry! I hope others will continue to feed her.Overall, really nice week there!
