What a lovely home! Super-clean and quiet, delightfully cool after a hot day on Clifton Hill. Beds were comfortable, and two bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Friendly, warm host. We recommend!

Larissa was an excellent host and was even there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had lots of amenities. It was in a quiet location with easy access to the bike trail which is what we were looking for. We would definitely stay there again. She even allowed us to keep our bikes in the garage. There is a parking area for 2 cars. Potential renters should be aware that this is a second floor apartment with quite a few stairs to go up and the 3rd bedroom was on a higher floor that required more stair climbing. The upstairs bathroom had a tub but no shower.

The property was very clean and ideally located at a quiet area but very near to where the attractions are. Larissa is very friendly and helpful. We will surely stay at her place again if we ever get to be at Niagara Falls. Highly recommended.

The apartment worked well for my family; we were in town for a family wedding so we didn’t spend much time there. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Kitchen seemed well-equipped, though we didn’t make any meals there. One thing to note is that the there no door for the loft bedroom so it can be quite loud if others are still gathered in the living room. Also, there is only one parking spot available, not two as the listing says, but we were able to park on the grass near the driveway. The location was great with easy access to the Niagara Parkway.
