We were 3 people and enjoyed our 3 night stay. Chelsea has lots of restaurants and is close to the highlights of NYC.

The location is wonderful and the apartment was very clean and quite quiet. The futon is very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult to use. It is listed as sleeping 5. That’s a big stretch. Communication is very delayed until right before check in. The host was good at responding after that.

Beautiful and clean place with a perfect location to all the shops and train station. Absolutely perfect!

The host was difficult to reach and choose to communicate by text instead of using the VRBO site. It was really hot in New York and the AC didn't quite do the job.
