Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This two-bedroom second-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a large modern sectional with plush pillows which converts into a sleeper sofa, two matching armchairs, a TV and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, both a regular drip coffee maker and Keurig, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the high-top dining table with seating for four and three additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, closet and a TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity and a tiled shower. The guest bedroom (BR2) is made up of two Queen beds, nightstands and a TV. The ensuite bathroom consists of a vanity and a tub/ shower unit and a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the balcony with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. The condo was so nice! It was the perfect size for our family and the walkway to the beach was perfect with the rented golf cart. Very clean and nice. The AC and fans were perfect for cooling off after being hot outside.

Property is dated. Dishwasher was running and water leaking from underneath. A repairman was sent the next day to repair. Beds were great.Master Bath -- tiny.Linens, dishes, etc. goodNo instructions for operating televisions / cable / satellite -- whichever it was.

The condo and location were great. My only concern was how hot it was when we arrived and the first night. The AC was on 74, so during the summer with temps in the 100s it was extremely hot. The second night once the AC was lowered did get better, but it took all day to cool.
I would definitely stay in this location again!
