Casa Cerralta 14 is a spacious Tuscan villa set on a hilltop in the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its sweeping landscapes and world-famous wines. Ideal for multiple families or a group of friends, this traditional stone farmhouse offers a large private pool, a beautiful garden with mature trees, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. There is also table tennis, billiards and table football for guests of all ages.
The villa is just 9 km from Montalcino, home of the renowned Brunello wine, and within easy reach of Montepulciano, where the celebrated Vino Nobile is produced. Wine lovers will enjoy visiting the many local wineries, while those looking to unwind can head to the natural hot springs of Bagno Vignoni, the Parco dei Mulini allows visitors to bathe for free in the warm thermal waters. Siena, Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno are also all within reach for day trips.
In a peaceful rural setting, Casa Cerralta 14 enjoys far-reaching views of the surrounding vineyards and hills. The nearest village, Torrenieri, is just 5 km away and offers basic shops and a few restaurants, with more options available in nearby Montalcino.

The villa is spacious & comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and the air conditioning was excellent, especially during this July, 2022 heat wave. The swimming pool is awesome yielding much relief from the Tuscan heat. Caterina was very helpful about the area and speaks excellent English. The wifi worked better in some areas of the villa than other areas.
