We chose this rental because of the number of bedrooms & bathrooms for a family vacation get together. Our only plans were to eat, relax & enjoy each other's company. Bedrooms are spacious with 4 of the six having their own attached bathroom. Likewise the family room, kitchen, dining space, game room & deck areas gave us all plenty of room to be together (or apart). About layout...main level living room is open to dining room & kitchen at back of house. To the right is King bedroom with attached bath (shower & separate tub). Off kitchen is a hallway with a bathroom on one side opposite a 2 Queen bedroom on the other. Laundry room at end of hall. Upstairs is large loft area with two couches & door leading to top deck with a hot tub. 2 Queen bedroom on left side & King bedroom on right side. Both bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Downstairs is game room & two bedrooms (one with 2 bunks (full size mattresses both top & bottom) & 2 Queen bedroom). Bathroom is separate from bedrooms. Door out to ground level with another hot tub & fire pit. The 6 burner stove top & dedicated gas line to outdoor grill was a plus. Refrigerator was nice size. Cooking & eating utensils were plentiful. As others have commented, the addition of curtains, side tables, floor lamps, dressers & outdoor seating would be a plus. The pots & pans need a refresh & larger side of oven did not work. Central A/C & upstairs split units have hard time keeping temp regulated. Basement was freezing while upstairs hot

Excellent property! Plenty of room for everyone on our trip. Only issue was the stove was not working.

Great place for a large group. We would definability stay there again!!!

I rented the place for 12 guys for 3 days of golf . We all stayed there 2 nights. Everyone of the 12 loved the place and the ability to all stay in same place without feeling like we are on top of each other. The host, Anthony, was fantastic. Every question I had leading up to stay he responded in less than 20 minutes. We needed a few extra blankets and he had them over to us in very reasonable time frame! If looking for a wonderful place for large group I have 12 guys who would highly recommend it!
