The house was very open and roomy. It had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone visiting Huntsville.

Overall, this property worked well for our stay and was clean, comfortable, and functional. The mattresses were comfortable, the AC worked great, and the bunk room was larger than expected. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The only disappointment was that the property did not quite match the impression created by the listing photos. The interior photographs are professionally staged and make the property appear newer and more polished than it feels in person. While the house was clean, there were numerous signs of wear and deferred maintenance. Several drawers were difficult to open, the microwave door stuck and showed rust inside, the living room furniture was heavily worn, and some fixtures felt loose or poorly installed. Nothing prevented us from enjoying our stay, but the home felt less polished in person than it appears online. The outdoor courtyard in particular looked much more inviting in the photos than it did in person. The patio area felt worn and cluttered. One thing not mentioned in the listing is that there is a second rental unit on the property. It wasn’t occupied during our stay, but guests may end up sharing the courtyard and driveway.Overall, we had a comfortable stay and the home met our needs. Guests who prioritize cleanliness and a responsive host will likely be satisfied. Guests expecting the property to look exactly like the listing photos or seeking a more polished, updated experience may be disappointed.

We have stayed here several times and have loved the property and area

Wonderful floor plan for entertaining, but property has been poorly maintained. Yard had failed to have been mowed in weeks. Weeds in flowerbed were waist high. Extremely slow drain in shared shower. Broken cabinet doors, rust in the washer and dishwasher. Blinds on the windows would be a great assist to the home, especially since this is a shared property with two rentals within one home. Need to highlight better that it’s 2 rentals, as it was a total surprise to me and the guest in the garage (studio). The floor plan was spectacular! But the property could be so much more with some TLC.
