This was our second stay at this property. We will always choose this one when in Springfield. It’s perfect for all ages. Detailed touches make it incredibly comfortable. Host has great communication.

Host was a great communicator both before and during our stay! This is a beautiful property with lots of space for a larger family gathering. Guests have the option to rent both the larger home and the guest apartment in a separate building on the same property. We utilized both spaces as we had a big group in town for a wedding at Sparrow Lane wedding venue in Willard. The pictures were very accurate. Beds were memory foam and comfortable. The garage has been converted into a fun game room that the kids (and some adults!) loved. Nice deck with comfy seating adjacent to the hot tub. We also brought along some firewood which is not provided by the host and we had a firepit night complete with s'mores. One fun surprise about the house is that it has some interesting LED adjustable lighting around the ceiling in many rooms. We didn't really use this, but it could be fun for an evening event. It changed colors and could be adjusted to different patterns. The property is in a quiet, rural area, but it just off Highway 13. We could be at the Springfield Walmart on Kansas Expressway in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Great property for our family while in town for a wedding. Spacious, well equipped and especially appreciated having a crib for our grandson. Beautiful yard too!

The home was very clean, the whole family had fun with all of the activities available, and the host was very quick to respond when I had sent an inquiry. It's a very nice place to stay.
