Beautiful home and very clean, plenty of room for our large group to spread out. Easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Would definitely stay there again!!Couple of details I wish I had known in advance: 1. Parking was problematic, the pictures online are somewhat deceiving for actual parking space. We had 4 cars and used the garage for one of those but still found parking difficult. You cannot park on the street or across the sidewalk during certain hours with no overflow parking. When we arrived and unpacking the cars received a text stating “blocking the sidewalk will result in 50 fine from our HOA”. We had been there less than 1 hour and with hatch up on 2 cars, it was impossible not to cross the sidewalk. 2. Check-out instructions were received Friday night at 9:47pm for Saturday morning checkout. It had some different instructions than those posted in the house, such as laundering ALL towels including bath towels prior to leaving. With a large house and large group, that is a lot of towels and we needed additional time. Definitely wish I had received that information sooner.3. Would recommend bringing own beach umbrella or tent, only umbrella there was broken. They do have 4 “beach” chairs and 4 “bag” chairs in the garage for use during your stay. Lots of various beach and pool toys.

The property was beautiful and as described in the listing. Our large family of adult children and grandchildren had their own space and it was perfect when the youngest ones needed a nap. The location was amazing, close enough to restaurants but very quiet when we returned. If you like to cook, the kitchen had everything we needed for several of us to prepare a meal and we had dining options both inside and out. The beach was great and a very short golf cart ride away. However, the backyard with the amazing water front pool and hot tub was unbelievable. After a long day at the beach, everyone looked forward to spending time in the pool while taking in the amazing water views. Would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again.

We have vacationed during the 4th of July week over the last 35 years in both Hilton Head and Destin. We enjoyed many wonderful homes during that period. This home was by far the best rental home that we have ever stayed in. Everything including the pool, the rooms, the kitchen area, the amenities, etc. were outstanding in our opinion. In addition to this, the outstanding management team was quite receptive to our needs during the entire week. We would definitely recommend this home and management team to everyone looking for a great experience as we have already booked the same home for next 4th of July. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and cannot recommend this home highly enough. Charity was an exceptional host! Her communication was prompt, thoughtful, and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, which made the entire experience seamless and stress free.The home itself is stunning! Truly beautiful and luxurious, with no detail overlooked. It was impeccably clean upon arrival and exceptionally well stocked, far beyond our expectations. The layout is perfect for large families, offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still feeling connected. Nearly every bedroom has its own private bathroom (with only two exceptions), which was a huge plus for our group.The location is incredibly convenient and close to everything, yet we found ourselves rarely leaving the house because it truly felt like our own private mini resort. It provided exactly the rest and relaxation we were hoping for, making our stay both comfortable and memorable.This property is a gem, and we highly recommend it. We hope to make this an annual trip as our family continues to grow. This home is perfect in every way.
