This modern 140 m² villa, La Luciole, with a 1,000 m² garden, is quietly situated with no view into the property from neighbors. It features a gate and a lovely, large heated pool that faces entirely south.

Upon entering, you’ll find a luxurious, open, modern kitchen with a cooking island and bar stools, equipped with all the conveniences, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A cozy living room with a seating area, TV, dining table with chairs, and air conditioning. Large sliding doors open onto a beautiful, spacious, fenced-in balcony with a gas barbecue and lounge area. To the right is the lovely, large chlorinated swimming pool with lounge chairs. From every angle, there are stunning views of the sea and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

On the left side of the living room is a large bedroom with a 160-cm double bed, air conditioning, and an en suite natural stone bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Sliding doors open onto the lovely terrace, and the room offers a beautiful view of the sea.

A staircase to the lower level leads to two more large bedrooms, each with its own natural stone bathroom featuring a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a 160 cm double bed, and the third bedroom has two 140 cm double beds. These two bedrooms also have air conditioning and French doors opening onto the outdoor terrace with a garden.

In short, a fully equipped home for a wonderful vacation! There is so much to do and see in the area. From Les Issambres, you can take a small ferry to Saint-Tropez to visit the large market there (17 km), go shopping, or find a nice terrace in the harbor. Les Issambres has a small promenade with shops, a weekly market, and delicious restaurants. There’s also a Spar supermarket and a gas station. The larger seaside resorts, such as Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Aygulf, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël, are just around the corner. It’s a beautiful area with many lovely, varied beaches. Cannes (35 minutes), Nice (1 hour), and Monaco (1.5 hours) are also well worth a visit.
