Are you looking for a comfortable and charming pied-à-terre in the immediate vicinity of Paris and its monuments? Look no further! Our apartment, ideally located, will seduce you with its many assets:
1- Privileged location: only 3 minutes from the Houilles-Carrières sur Seine train station, you will quickly reach the heart of Paris thanks to the RER A (serving Disneyland, l'Étoile, Gare de Lyon and La Défense) as well as the L line of the train to Paris Saint-Lazare and (soon) the metro E.
2- Breathtaking view: from the 4th floor, admire the Parisian sky beyond La Défense and the emblematic monuments. From the Sacré-Coeur to Mont Valérien, without forgetting the surprise of the Eiffel Tower visible through the Grande Arche!
3- Parisian authenticity: Our apartment, typically Parisian, combines high ceilings, old parquet floors, restored moldings and marble fireplace. No need to go overboard in decoration, the atmosphere is already there!
4- Comfort and equipment: Two real bedrooms with cupboards, quality bedding (2 beds of 140x200), a pleasant living room and a fully equipped open kitchen await you. Enjoy the small bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, as well as the separate toilet.
5- beds made, bed linen and towels of hotel quality: put your luggage down and you'll be fine!

We have renovated this space as a family pied-à-terre to share, and we hope to welcome you as if you were at home!
