Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa in Alcudia. The location was stellar, right on the strip, close to a plethora of bars, restaurants and grocery stores. And most importantly, a stone’s throw from the beach. Would highly recommend you stay here.

Great refurbishment Everything was new better than advertised Sadly we did not get the service from the local office We had problems with the gate ...We had reported as soon as we arrived and they were aware that there was a problem (Took us 20 mins to get in) We were told that they were waiting for an engineer Shame as spoilt the holiday ...

We had an average stay in the house. All the compliances in the kitchen are old and should be replaced (from the pans to the oven and dishwasher).
The decor of the house is also a little old-fashioned. There were issues with the electricity (known as this was mentioned in the arrival booklet). We had lots of power outage when turning on the AC/heaters. They didn't work really well, don't recommend for the winter...
But it was cheap, I guess it's better in the summer, Alcudia was a ghost town!
