MAIN LIVING SPACE: The first-floor, primary gathering space features a beautifully designed living room, spacious kitchen with island and bar-height seating at the counter, and a dining area with a table for 8. SLEEPING QUARTERS: The second floor offers two suites with king-size beds. One has a four-poster king and an attached bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and private balcony. The other offers a king with a wicker headboard, bathroom, and balcony access. A third bedroom has a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom across the hall. On the third floor loft, kids will love the bunk area, featuring two sets of custom, built-in bunks that sleep four. It offers excellent views of the Gulf and homes nestled against Lake Gavin.

GREAT FEATURES: Relax around the lake, as you watch sunsets or wonder at the stars above. Play washers near the lake or hang a hammock between two of the palm trees accenting the backyard.
