Have the family vacation of a lifetime in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium in one of Sterling's newest and best Gulf coast developments, Splash Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our unit is on the 2nd floor of the west tower and overlooks one of the top beaches in Florida.
Enjoy the 2 heated pools, Jacuzzi, the poolside bar and grill, and the 1500 square foot fitness center overlooking the pools and gulf. Your kids will love the Lazy River, the water slides and spray toys, and the game room and video arcade with mini bowling alley.
The whole family can relax and enjoy a dive-in movie (seasonal). And of course there are the miles of soft white sandy beach, with beach and umbrella rentals, jet-skis, and parasailing available on-site. At the end of the day, relax on our balcony and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of the Gulf. With so much to do, you will be worn out when you drop into bed.
With each rental, we include the BEACH PACKAGE...this includes 2 chaise lounge chairs and umbrella, right at the waters edge!

Great stay. Only negative is the elevator situation, which isn’t hosts fault.

Great family vacation. We enjoyed this unit very much. The 2nd floor was perfect for those busy elevator times and we could use the stairs when needed.

Lots of damage to the property. Barstools are unusable and broken. Coffee table has chipped glass. We found blood on a pillow. The topBunk safety bar is broken and a safety issue. Property is in need of some updates. Pay a little extra and pick another unit or resort. Elevator also went completely down while we were there, so we had to take the stairs often. There’s only two elevators, so the wait times were long when they were working. Not walking distance to much. I reached out to the host a month before, a week before, and the day before trying to inquire if beach chairs and umbrella might be included, as I read on other units they were…they never responded to me. Overall, we made the best of it, but I won’t stay here again.
