For shared use: garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (depth 140 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Communal covered parking space n 2. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop, restaurant 20 m, bus stop 30 m, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

We have stayed in this apartment several times and found it suitable to our needs. This apartment is in a great location, to the shops, bars, beach & the Friday market. The only issues were the hard beds, showers were on the small size and not too many English speaking channels on the TV.

Estaba todo perfecto. Limpieza, ubicación, parking, piscina. Solo destacar en puntos negativos el colchón de la habitación secundaria era muy incómodo hasta el punto de no llegar a descansar del todo bien. También en los baños la ducha era pequeña y se sale bastante el agua. Por lo demás y en general todo perfecto y Recomendable
