With recent updates including luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and all the comforts of home, this villa is the perfect choice for guests who want convenience, comfort, and coastal charm.
The Space:
Step into a bright and welcoming open layout designed for relaxation. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, cozy chairs, and a 55” Smart TV for movie or family game nights around the spacious coffee table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, including a Keurig coffee maker for fresh coffee by the cup or pot. Enjoy quiet mornings or evening breezes on your private screened patio, overlooking a peaceful wooded area—your own serene slice of the Lowcountry.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach, shops, and some restaurants. Condo was basically as pictured. However, there is little natural light in main living space. Both bedrooms have much more light. You can really hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. It was great that the host left more than one role of toilet paper and a few trash bags. The pots and pans in the kitchen could use replacing. They’ve seen better days. Overall the condo is a little dated but a great location and price for our spring break.

New floors in dining room/living room and main bedroom. Old stained carpet in second bedroom, but I’ think that will be updated too. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, but I understand it’s not going to be like your own.
Beach chairs were missing but with one call we had our chairs early the next morning.
Overall, it was clean, close to everything and extremely dog friendly. We would stay there again.
