Hilltop Acres is a gem in Clarksville, TN. The Residence Suite is the original portion of the home with a full kitchen, dining room and living area. Relax and enjoy our spacious property 15 minutes from downtown, restaurants, APSU, and Fort Campbell. Nashville is only a 45 minute drive. Or stay home, relax in your private guest suite and explore our 5 acre property. We can't wait to welcome you!

The master bedroom comes with two queen beds. The 2nd bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom and is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a door to provide privacy from the master. The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. Your suite includes full access to our pond, fire pit, and backyard. These areas are shared with other guests. This unit also has a fully-fenced pet area for small to medium sized dogs. Your private suite entrance is around to the right of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. Please park on the driveway on the right of the house or on the street. Other guests may park in front of the house or on the driveway to the left, so please do not park in these areas. You get the entire space to yourself. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergency.

Your private suite entrance is around to the right of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. Please park on the driveway on the right of the house or on the street. Other guests may park in front of the house or on the driveway to the left, so please do not park in these areas. Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. • Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am

The rental was clean, very well equipped, private, panoramic and peaceful. Communications and instructions with the owner were efficient and accurate. My family and I highly recommend this property and plan to return in the future.

We came in to town for an unexpected funeral. It was a terrible time and the house became a haven for friendship. The accommodations were so very comfortable and peaceful. We had a slight issue with the entry code which was handled within minutes and with great service. The bedding was especially comfortable.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property! The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds, large bathroom with double sinks and plenty of kitchen and living/dining space. A perfect gathering place for family. The residence was very clean and the check in process was super easy. In addition to the superior level of cleanliness, there were several items provided for our use - toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, bathroom supplies, etc. The owner was responsive and in communication with us when we reached out. We had a great stay and will be back again.

The description of the suite should include that your rental is separated from another suite by a set of French doors with a gap underneath. The house was clean, the outdoor area was good. The communication was not as streamlined as I’d like because I had to download another app to obtain the check-in information. And unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated.
