It has just been renovated and is very close to the metro and bus, which allows you to easily reach the center of Lisbon in less than 15 minutes, being just a 10-minute drive from the airport.
It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and large living rooms, ideal for family or friends.
There are supermarkets, fruit shops and butchers less than a 3-minute walk away.
A 3-minute walk from the apartment is Parque das Conchas, the 2nd largest park in Lisbon after Monsanto. With a lake, a large playground for kids and very pleasant for a walk in the shade of large trees or for a picnic.

The property was very nice for 4 people. It was clean and well maintained. We arrived on the day that the country was experiencing a power outage and our host could not have been more kind and helpful. We would take a Bolt each day to our destination in the City Center and it was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again. We loved it.

Stayed near the Quinta das Conchas park as my son is studying nearby. This flat was very clean and had everything one would need. The host was an excellent communicator. The neighborhood is filled with large apartment buildings and there is little street front character so if you are looking for a cute location with shops this is not it.
