Overall the house was great. Close access to the beach, outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, plenty of space. However, the only issue is that the couch in the living room is broken. If you sit down on it, it’s basically like sitting on the ground & it is so worn out that you feel the bars inside of the couch while sitting on it. Very uncomfortable.

Overall, it was a good experience. Although a smaller house with 3 bedrooms, the space was utilized well. WIFI and Cable were very weak. We did not get to watch any TV and I am guessing that is why you all gave us a couple of movies free. We had to wash the house bath towels as we really did not have enough, but that was not that big of a deal. The house was clean. Not sure why we had to take all the bedding off and put it by the door. I asked about kitchen pots, pans, utensils and the answer was it was fully stocked. We had 6 forks, 6 spoons. and they were pretty cheap. I felt like whoever made this decision was counting on us stealing these utensils. Nothing wrong with taking inventory and charging someone after things were missing, but to put only 6 of each in the drawer is not a good thing. We had two frying pans that we had to put a lot of oil on to keep from sticking. the bigger pay had a big dent in it. Eventually kitchen utensils wear out and must be replaced. Just a cost of doing business. We enjoyed the front porch, with the ocean breeze blowing across.

Very clean and family friendly overall really nice and enjoyed our stay the host was great only thing the pictures showed a fire pit down stairs but there was no fire pit other than that would stay again
