This penthouse is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guests checks in. All bed sheets, blankets and bedspreads are freshly washed and changed before the new guests checks in.
It has RING OUTDOOR CAMERAS for security reasons and guests safety. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOUSE. It is in a quiet neighborhood and near to the South Shore shopping center. The hosts are available 24/7 in case a guest needs service.
This penthouse has 2 free parking spaces, free WI FI (AT&T 1000 high speed internet) Air condition, fully stock kitchen and can accommodate adults and small children.
THE VIEWS, PRIVACY, BEACH, ARCHECTURE AND AIR CONDITION makes this Penthouse a spectacular place to stay. This Alameda 3 BR luxury penthouse is upscale. It is spacious with enough room for a family of 6 people. All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. It has a private deck with views looking towards the beach 3 blocks away. It's an easy 2 blocks walk to Park St. with over 40 different restaurants; or groceries at Safeway supermarket 3 blocks away. This is a wonderful apartment/condo. We found it on short notice and couldn’t be happier with it. It comes fully stocked and super clean & comfortable. Only downside is it’s on the 3rd floor and no elevators so if you have mobility issues with stairs this would not be the place for you. It has a wonderful patio & patio furniture, unfortunately it rained the whole time we were there so it did not get utilized much.

Monica was a great host and super responsive. The place and location was also perfect. Super close to downtown Alameda. Would happily stay here again.

My wife and I stayed in the apartment for one week. It is on the top floor of a house, with somewhat unusual shapes of the rooms because of that. But we thought that gave it a nice, somewhat special character. The location is also a plus (close to Park Street, with its many restaurants, also to the South Shore shopping center). Finally, the host was very good at communicating and at helping us (to re-start a furnace in the apartment). We can recommend the place, also for families with kids.
