SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT

The apartment is arranged to suit different preferences within a group:

- Two rear-facing ensuite bedrooms, quiet and well suited to light sleepers

- Two front-facing twin bedrooms overlooking the tram street

The historic tram operates approximately between 6:00 and midnight. While double glazing and shutters are in place, guests sensitive to noise may prefer the rear bedrooms.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home.

Check-in is smooth and well-organised, with clear instructions shared before arrival. Access may be via secure self check-in or a personal welcome by our local team.

In line with Portuguese regulations, we are required to collect guest identification details or a signed rental agreement prior to arrival. This is a standard and secure process.

You’ll have full privacy, with professional support available whenever needed.

- Airport: 20–25 min by taxi

We recommend taxis or ride-hailing on arrival due to cobbled streets.

Please read before booking:

- Temporary building works

The building is currently undergoing exterior facade painting and maintenance works. The works have expanded from one section to the building's exterior more generally, and scaffolding with protective covering has been installed.

All works are carried out externally and do not require access to the apartment. The apartment remains fully usable as normal.

As the building is large and the works are progressing in stages, the timing and duration are not currently confirmed. Works take place during working days and not on weekends or national holidays. Depending on the stage of the works, there may be some daytime construction noise or activity.

Scaffolding and protective covering may be visible from the apartment's windows and balconies. The balcony surfaces may also be affected by dust from the works. We are in contact with the condominium regarding cleaning and maintenance of the balconies.
