This high-quality vacation home is much more than just a place to stay—it’s a retreat where you can truly unwind. Since 2022, it has been welcoming guests who appreciate comfort, nature, and beauty. With approximately 130 m² of living space, it combines sophisticated design with well-thought-out functionality.
It is also suitable for guests with limited mobility
A bedroom on the first floor, with a private bathroom featuring a shower, allows all guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation in our home. The shower is completely flush with the floor, with no steps or obstacles—convenient and easy to use. Access to the terrace is also level.
A particularly important detail: all bathrooms in the house feature floor-level showers. Whichever room you choose, you can always count on the same high level of comfort.
Sleep in Ultimate Comfort
Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy relaxing and rejuvenating nights. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are equally spacious and elegantly furnished: a true retreat, ideal for couples and families.
Wellness for Deep Relaxation
The upper floor is entirely dedicated to wellness. Here, a private wellness area awaits you, featuring a spacious sauna and comfortable lounge chairs for relaxation.
After a day spent by the water or surrounded by nature—or simply when you want to treat yourself to a break—you can unwind and recharge. The sauna creates a true spa atmosphere, right in your vacation home.
The view is the heart of the home
From almost every room, you can admire the Üselitzer Wiek and the biosphere reserve in southern Rügen. No house blocks the view, no building interrupts the panorama—just water, nature, and sky.
Enjoy breakfast on the beautiful sunny terrace, surrounded by birdsong. Your coffee will taste even better as you gaze out at the Wiek and let yourself be captivated by the tranquility of the landscape.
Traditional craftsmanship—thatched roof & attention to detail
The house features a beautiful roof made of real thatch—a time-honored craft that has defined this region for centuries and gives it its unique charm.
The interiors, too, have been designed with great care: every element has been chosen with attention to detail, reflecting a refined sense of color, materials, and detail. Here, you won’t feel like you’re in a generic, cookie-cutter vacation home, but rather in a real home furnished with love and personality.
For all guests—no compromises
Whether you’re traveling with children or looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation as a couple, this vacation home was designed with one fundamental goal in mind: our guests should be able to enjoy the best time of the year in a truly special setting.
Here, comfort isn’t a luxury—it’s the standard.
Experience unforgettable days in one of the most beautiful spots on Rügen.
