The 68-square-meter apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator that stops only on the third floor: PLEASE NOTE, you’ll need to climb the last flight of stairs to reach the apartment’s entrance.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
