Wonderful 1Br 1st floor condo on the bay side with private
Gulf side beach access! This condo has a full kitchen with everything you could want. There is also a 42' flat screen tv in the living room. It has a leather sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed with a full dresser and a tv. The bathroom has a tub/shower. There is a nice little front porch where you can sit outside and enjoy the wonderful weather. There is also a fenced in back porch area for privacy. Enjoy the community pool, community grilling area, fishing pier, bocci ball, and relaxing grass area to sit back and watch all the boats go by. The people here a very friendly. There's a real community spirit here.
The complex will not allow pets, motorcycles, trailers, or RV's of any type.

We absolutely loved the convenience of the location. The owner provided YouTube videos to explain some of the nuances of the property, which were very helpful. The first floor condo was very convenient and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was quick to answer any questions during our stay. This perfectly met our needs. Having the pool was a very nice amenity.

Host was great, unit could use a little updating, specifically night tables in bedroom. Smaller than we anticipated, outdoor space looked out at parking lot in front and concrete wall in back. Ok for short stay, a little claustrophobic for longer one.
