The additional downstairs kitchen & bedroom is outstanding! The ACs were great, lift worked as it should, kitchen was well stocked, and outdoor seating was ample for our family! The only criticism we have is the strength of the internet wasn’t strong enough to accommodate the square footage. We absolutely loved this property!!

What a great house. There was plenty of space for everyone. Really liked having two kitchens and everyone having there own bathroom. Very close to the beach with easy access. The utility lift saved us so many trips up the stairs with our supplies. That was greatly appreciated.

First, the location was excellent. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and porch swings, though it wasn’t stocked and everything had to be carried downstairs from the main kitchen.The house seemed clean overall, but details were missed. The bed frames had sand in the cracks, and the beds were very noisy, although the mattresses were comfortable.Our biggest issue was the dishes. Several items had clearly not been cleaned properly, including greasy pans and dirty silverware, so we rinsed everything before using it. The house was also sparsely stocked with basic supplies. With 11 people staying there, the provided trash bags, toilet paper, and other essentials weren’t enough, and we had to buy more ourselves.The pool table was disappointing, and picking up and returning keys at a separate location was inconvenient.For the price we paid, I expected more and hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
