Enjoy a relaxing stay in this two-story condo located in a quiet, private gated community near beautiful Lake Cumberland. It’s the perfect getaway for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful lakeside setting.
The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a brand-new full-size refrigerator, two full bathrooms, comfortable sleeping spaces with new mattresses, new leather couches, and two large high-definition TVs with Dish service.
Step outside to two private balconies with scenic views — perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day on the lake.
Our family owns and personally manages this condo, and we take pride in providing a clean, comfortable experience. We also own the neighboring unit (I-4). Both units share a private walkway, making this a great option for extended family or groups traveling together.
Self check-in is available with a lockbox for easy arrival.
Location
Conveniently located at the entrance to Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, you’ll be just minutes from lake access and outdoor recreation.
Nearby attractions include:
- Lake Cumberland State Dock
- Jamestown Marina
- Rowena Marina
- Grider Hill Marina
- Indian Hills Resort
- 76 Falls
Enjoy everything Lake Cumberland has to offer — boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and scenic lake views.
Boat and trailer parking is available in the designated lot behind the pool.
Layout & Access
This is a two-story condo with stairs to access the unit and stairs inside the condo. The sleeping areas are located on the lower level, with one bedroom and an additional sleeping area/bedroom positioned off to the side.
Please note that WiFi is not currently provided, but we are working on adding it soon . The condo does include Dish TV service.

- No pets
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Guests must follow Apple Valley community rules, provided after booking

Very nice quiet , clean and private condo area located near State park. Very nice and well equipped condo. Would go back again and would recommend.

My family came up for the HS MLF National Championship. The guys enjoyed the location in relevance to the ramps they had to use. They also made friends with other anglers that were neighbors. Only spot for improvement would be to have WiFi available. The teenagers made it without but it was a headache lol

The beds were comfy, the towels were so soft, the kitchen had what you needed! We were there to enjoy the lake and this was a perfect place to stay!

Property is close to the state dock on Cumberland so it was perfect for us and our boat. They have parking area for your boat too. There’s a nice pool in the complex the kids enjoyed before the lake each day. The condo was perfect. It was clean and the beds were comfortable which is all we needed! 10/10 would stay again!
