This is an exceptional property in a wonderful location with stunning views. The home is amazing with wonderful amenities. We loved everything about this home and property. It is close to hiking trails and has easy access to Durango. The hosts communication and directions were outstanding. Easily a 10/10.

Everything was top notch. House is beautiful with tons of room. We had a big family and we never felt cramped. We didn’t have any problems. 5 out of 5 stars.

Words can not express how much we love this property!! We had the most amazing micro-wedding, (26 people), and mini-honeymoon here and the host, Paul, could not have been more accommodating and helpful with the process. We had family stay with us leading up to the ceremony, and the space was perfect for the combined group. My husband's family stayed in the apartment above the garage, while my loud family with kids was able to stay in the rooms downstairs, so everyone had their own space while we were all still together! The ceremony was held outside surrounded by mountains and our pictures are breathtaking. Paul was available to contact the entire time and was very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend the property to anyone, and I would visit again in a heartbeat!!
