Come to Puerto Rico, our goal is your comfort. We offer our guests a spacious, very comfortable stay with three renovated bedrooms, a large dining room, living room and a full kitchen. Ideal for a family vacation, each bedroom has a full sized mattress, a powerful air conditioning, a closet and a night table. There is also a cool outdoor front porch.
This property has two apartments with separate entrances.
Parking is on- street for this unit.
Located 10 minutes from all the familiar stores and restaurants at Plaza Del Sol, which include a movie theater, Chili`s, Walmart, Longhorn Steak House and at least a dozen local restaurants and eateries in the area for rice and beans and local food. You will also be approximately half an hour from Old San Juan, Condado Beach area, El Trolley Beach, Casa Bacardi, and much more. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. A Security Camera is located at the door of this apartment for safety and precaution.
Parking space is available on-street and directly in front of the home.
We would like our guests have a wonderful experience. The owner and manager of this house are available to answer any questions and to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.
Peaceful, quiet neighborhood located half and hour from local attractions, 10 minutes from shopping malls and familiar restaurants and 5 minutes away from local foods. Close to local hospitals and Puerto Rico`s main highway.
If you don`t have a car, Uber is a convenient and affordable way to get around.
Self Check-in:
Check yourself in with the lockbox. Please book and reserve the night before if you are arriving early in the morning to ensure that it`s not unavailable when you arrive. Regular check-in is at 4:00pm.
Entire home:
You will have entire Unit A for yourself.

When entering the space, you agree to abide by all building, platform, management and local laws. You agree to be a great guest.
Check out is STRICTLY at 11:00am. Housekeeping arrives around 11:00am and would appreciate that the strict check out time is observed.
No events of parties on the property
No loud noise or music after 9:00pm local time
No pets
Don`t throw paper towels, wipes, feminine hygiene products in the toilet
Parking in the driveway in front of the big iron gates is reserved for UNIT B
Please turn off the AC units when you leave the apartment. Conserve water and electricity.

No disturbing neighbors or invading their privacy or security
No illegal substances or activity
Please, NO smoking in the house. If you smoke in the front of the house, do not throw the cigarette remains in the plant area in front of the house.

Plenty of stores in local area and only 30 minutes from San Juan.

Everything was great very clean and quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and the owner was very responsive and resolve our issues promptly. Rooms were comfortable. The only issue was water pressure but that is not on the property but the water company.
