Outside, you'll find a private, fenced backyard and a charming front porch perfect for relaxing. There is also one parking space available on the property behind the backyard.

Stroll just a few blocks and you'll find yourself immersed in Carytown's eclectic mix of boutiques, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many acclaimed restaurants, browse unique shops, or catch a movie at the historic Byrd Theatre. For grocery shopping, Kroger is conveniently located nearby. You can also easily access other Richmond attractions from here.



Getting Around:

Getting around from our Carytown home is a breeze! Public transportation options are readily available, with bus stops located within a short walking distance, providing easy access to downtown Richmond and surrounding areas. For those arriving by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Parking is convenient, with one free parking space available on the property behind the backyard. Additional street parking is also typically available. Enjoy exploring the city!



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews/no reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
