Private: property 385 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, parking on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Le Bono centre" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Plages de Larmor-Baden" 8 km. The house is in a peaceful cul-de-sac and has a private back garden. In 5 minutes you can walk into the centre of Le Bono, with bakery, little supermarket, restaurants. It is an attractive village with lovely river views and walks, and well placed for exploring the wider area. The house has everything you need. Our only criticism is that the bathroom is a bit shabby and needs updating. Also there is only 1 sun lounger. Otherwise great. Thank you M for your friendly help with our small problem.
