Lumin Residences are an ultra-luxurious new addition to the Snowmass Base Village lodging collection, offering an unparalleled location between the Elk Camp Gondola and ice skating rink as well as direct elevator access into the residence. Certain to delight even the most discerning traveler, this sophisticated, rustic mountain masterpiece features a great room with custom lighting and flooring, a gas fireplace, state-of-the-art audio-visual system and expansive window walls running the entire length of the living space. The chef’s kitchen dazzles with a cascading quartz island, European Gaggenau gas range/appliances and massive Sub Zero wine refrigerator, while each bedroom is a true retreat with a lavish king bed (twins-over-king bunk bed in the third/family bedroom) and ensuite bathroom finished with an enclosed glass steam shower, Blu Bathworks tubs and Waterworks fixtures. Additional comforts include a laundry room with front-loading washer/dryer, private ski locker, and underground parking.

The condo was immaculate, the views were unreal, the front balcony overlooks the gondola. The grocery store was across the street so we could utilize the fully loaded kitchen.

This alumni unit was gorgeous! What a beautiful property located in the very center of the village. Although our stay was very early in the summer season, we enjoyed the beautiful weather and views from the property. It’s location to a small market and liquor store made it super convenient since some of the restaurants were not quite ready for summer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
