Naughtons Villa is a beautifully refurbished luxury home just a few minutes’ walk from Killarney town centre and the entrance to Killarney National Park.
The spacious house, set on private grounds with private parking for multiple cars, comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests with 5 large en-suite bedrooms, making it ideal for family gatherings, golf trips, and wedding guests visiting Killarney.
Bedroom 1: King Bed (5ft) with en-suite.
Bedroom 2: Twin Double beds (2 x 4ft) with en-suite.
Bedroom 3: King Bed (5ft) with en-suite.
Bedroom 4: Super King Bed (6ft can be split into 2 single beds) with en-suite.

The entrance to Killarney National Park is only minutes away, offering beautiful lakes, walking trails, and scenic cycling routes.

Recently renovated to a high standard, Naughtons Villa comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The home features 3 large reception rooms, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day exploring Killarney or playing golf nearby. The separate dining room allows the entire group to dine together, while the spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen—with beautiful mountain views—is perfect for cooking, socialising, and gathering around the island.
The property includes 5 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional upstairs bathroom with a bath and a downstairs guest toilet. Outside, guests can enjoy the landscaped gardens, a large decked area with seating, a barbecue, and stunning mountain views, making it ideal for relaxing evenings.
The home is equipped with central heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 large Smart TVs, free Sky Sports + Disney Package, USB charging sockets in every bedroom, travel adapters, and a fully installed fire and smoke alarm system for added safety and comfort.

This is an absolutely beautiful home within walking distance of downtown Killarney. It is very spacious and it's nice that every bedroom has its own bathroom. Communication from the owner and all the instructions in the house were very clear and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back.

The location of the house cannot be beat as it is just a few minutes walk to the town. All 5 bedrooms are en-suite with 2 more bathrooms as well. The clothes washing machine/dryer combination unit, while not the same as a typical US setup, proved adequate. Due to the length of our stay (16 days) the owner arranged for a housekeeper visit and the place looked like new again afterwards.There is a bit of street noise, however for us that was easily overlooked in favor of the homes location.Communication with the owner was very easy and timely.In our multi families opinion, a repeat at this home would be a must for a future visit to Killarney. And in my opinion as the planner/payer, while a bit on the upper end price wise, the house is worth every penny.
