Location description: The village of Dänschendorf is located in the northwest of the island of Fehmarn, 3 km from the north beach, 4 km from the west beach,
approximately 6 km from the Puttgarden ferry terminal, and approximately 12 km from the island’s main town, Burg.

There are good shopping options in Burg and in the neighboring village of Petersdorf, 3 km away (Aldi, Spar).

For a visitor’s tax of €1.00 during the high season and €0.50 during the low season per person per day
, you have free access to all of the island’s beaches. Children under 18 are exempt from the tourist tax!
