Above Furna, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural state property. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path to the house. Communal covered parking at 100 m. Grocery 1.7 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop "Furna, Kirche" 1.4 km, railway station "Pragg-Jenaz" 6.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km, thermal baths "Bad Ragaz" 25 km. Das Haus ist perfekt für Skiferien, einerseits ist das mittelgrosse Skigebiet Grüsch-Danusa in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (gebührenpflichtige Bergstrasse, Schneeketten für alle Fälle mitführen), andererseits gibt es viele andere Skigebiete, welche in 30 Autominuten erreichbar sind. Praktisch ist auch der Klei Dorfladen, welcher alles wichtige verkauft.

Geräumiges Haus mit sehr schöner Aussicht an ruhiger Lage. Im Winter sind die Wandermöglichkeiten eingeschränkt.

Sensationelles Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Tolle Wege zum (Elektro-) Mountainbiken, nette Wanderungen, Lagerfeuerplatz im Wald (20Min); gemütlicher Koch-/Wohnraum mit Kaminofen, in dem man auch ein paar Regentage gut aushalten kann;
