The airport of the island is found about an hour drive away from the villas. Also, you should visit Lindos, which is found in a short distance of a 10 minute drive; Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Pauls beach.
